When you visit the website
The website uses no cookies, analytics tools or contact forms. Your colour scheme preference is saved locally in your browser and is not sent to Winble.
Hosting on Azure is planned. When the website runs on Azure, Microsoft may process IP addresses and other technical information in hosting logs to deliver and protect the website. Winble does not use this information to track your behaviour on the website.
When you contact Winble
If you send an email, Winble processes your email address and the information you provide solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Winble's legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries.
The information is not shared with others for their own purposes and is not kept longer than necessary to handle the enquiry. Links to LinkedIn, the CV and any external booking service lead to websites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information and erasure. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and request restriction of processing. These rights apply subject to the conditions in the General Data Protection Regulation.
